BrewFix was founded in 2017 by Marco Rivera, a former factory service engineer who spent a decade repairing commercial espresso equipment before turning his skills to the domestic market. The company was built around a single frustration: too many fixable machines being replaced because owners couldn't find a knowledgeable, trustworthy repair service that came to them.
